my arms if they get cold, ie short sleave shirt on outdoors, they go blue where the rash is not really blue but purpally, when i press the red parts on my arms( basically whole of lower arm up to elbow,) it goes white for 1-2-3 seconds

Just wondering if you sleep with wool blankets there, as they are rough and if sensitive to it may have some probs? Or maybe sensitive to a type of laundry detergent or softner? Is it itchy?

To: not itchy
no mate, my rash is not itchy, my legs etc were but they have basically cleared up my arms and top of hands are worst affected
many thanks for your reply i also do not sleep with wall brackets and my step mum ( dads house ) she does the washing and everytime i get the washing bak it smells so strong ( erm fragranced ) i dont know if she is diluting the fabric conditioner / softener when she uses ?

To: blazer
i believe when i dont have my blazer on or havnt had it on for long periods it looks better, you cant really notice the rash but i know its there if u get me

The blazer may be holding in the heat and making the rash appear worse.  It would be good to have a allergist check into what you might be allergic to. Could be the fabric softner.  Try using ALL free and clear on all your clothes and bed sheets/comfortors. Good luck to you.

my rash has cleared up ever so well after not wearing my blazer but i still have a few blotchy parts on my arms should i carry on taking antihistamines as i have stopped for 3 days now thanks

Yep, sounds like you're in the clear. I'd stop taking the anithistamines now, too. Start back up if you notice a worsening of the condition. Take care.
