rash and bump on thighs

On my thigh I have a red bump, it's hurts if i press it down, the other day i poped it and white liquid came out. Also on the pubic hair part i have a white rash, it's dry and doesnt itch. On both my inner thighs the rash is dark brown. i dont know if this is an STD. i havent been sexually active in almost a year and i got this rash about 4 months ago. i also think it could be jock itch, or a yeast infection. right now i dont have money to go to the doctor, so any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

This could be allergic reaction, dermatitis, eczema, or bacterial infection. It could even be acne, pimples or folliculitis.

You should not pick at the lesions as this would cause secondary infection.

You should maintain clean personal hygiene. It would help to wash all your clothes including bed linen in an antiseptic solution like savlon or dettol (chlorhexidine) and then sun dry them.

Try wearing lose, comfortable - preferably cotton clothes and apply calamine lotion at the site and see if it helps with your symptoms.

You could take oral antihistamine medications in case of itching.

You should talk to your doctor about your diagnosis and also if you need to do a course of antibiotic treatment.
