rash covers 75% of my body

I have delt with this most of my life. It started around the age of 7. I would get a small rash on my face usually right above my lip. As I got older it increased in size and moved to different areas of my body. it spread to my arms and my legs. Sometimes it would cover all the areas at once or it would take turns. When I was younger the doctor told mother it was a fungus,ewww. Then when I got older (and decided he was wrong because he could not cure it. it just kept coming back and each time it was worse than the last) I changed my doctor and this once said it was eczema well he would give me creams that did not work and he gave me a steroid pill that seemed to help Atarx(spelling). I have been to many other doctors and they all say this is what it is but something just doesn't seem right. I have other symptoms besides the rash and when I try to tell them they don't seem to care.

I have ache joints
fatigue
depression (because of the rashes and the other sypmtoms, I am sure)
irritability, anxiety
brain fog
anemia

I had one doctor test me for syphilis, it was negetive. I told him this started around the age of 7 but that did not seem to matter.

Someone told me that eczema is just a skin condition that they are not really sure what it is at the time so they tag it as that. Has anyone found this to be true.

I have looked on the internet and I am thinking that I have any allergy of somekind and when I looked I thought it could be Celiac Disease/Gluten intolerance.

After I started thinking about and found out what gluten is. I realize I consume alot of it.

If anyone has this could you tell if what is wrong with could be this. and is there anything I can do to make the rash go away and not come back. I have had this for 4 weeks now and it is driving me crazy. I went to the dr and she gave me a steroid and it started to go away and I ran out of med and it has flared back up. I don't like taking perscription meds if I don't have to. Creams and ointments don't help at all. Right now it is on my face, arms, legs, stomach, back, chest, and hands.

Please, Help Me!!!!

calm down it sounds like u have atopic dermatitis i have the same thing but it dosnt cover my entire body, most pople with the skin condition have some kind of allergy to food or something in the enviorment so try elimanating foods in your diet like wheat, milk, eggs are the most common, if thats to much work u can get a scratch test from your dermatologist. i also expercinced fatigue and depression i know how miserable eczema can make u. some medicines i use  realy do work. They are benadryl cream it stops the iching and oat meal bath, will help with inflammation, just gring up the oat meal in a blender and sprinkle it in your bath tub. also if u take flak seed oil internaly it might help repair your skin cells, just look at the shinny mane it gives horses, kidding
