rash cyste and zits on upper thigh

i have had this strange rash on my innner thigh for several months now. it started when  i went to jail, which i assumed it was from not eing all that clean . when i got out i cleaned the area for a few weeks then tried usinc cortizone cream which seemed to work for the most part. it went away for about a week then came back i then used anti fungal cream with the hydro cortizone cream and it seemed to help a little for a while but now has gotten worse! i have noticed little cyste like bumps and waxy filled zits now too!  its only on my thigh and a little on my scrotum and anus. it itchs like crazy and the creams only seem to relieve the itching now but they do not take it away any. i  really dont believe its a std as i havent had sex in a while. this has been going on since december and i have chosen not to have anykind of sexual contact because i dont want to give this to anybody if it is contagiious. if a picture is needed then i can post one but please help me

You may need antifungal antibiotic internally.Sometimes external application have limited value.Contact your doc.
