rash on glans(glands)

i want to start off saying that i never had anything ever in my 21yrs show up on my penis, and its been clean and tidy. then there was this one night i slept over a random girls house i just met. we started fooling around, and next thing i know i was rubbing my glans (glands) on her outside privates. i never went inside her or anything just contact with the glans (glands). i didnt wipe or anything and just went to bed. about five day later to my horror i saw a red spot on my glans (glands) as clear as day and a vague red patch on a corner by my pearly papules. i got really worried and tryed washing it to see if itd go away. the red spot went away but the patch stayed. i decided to see a doctor about the patch and he said it was nothing probably just irritation. so he gave me hydrocortizole or some steroid cream and i went on my way. well it didnt work and it looks like its a progressive "thing' that i have because it keeps getting worse. one morning i woke up to notice that the patch was cleary more red, and extending from it down and around my foresking had form some sort of rash. i was immediatly worried and saw the doc again. he said it still doesnt look like an std, but anyways i got tested for hiv, syphillis (syphilis), and herpes and came negative on all. i asked the girl if she had anything (like it would matter anyway) she said no, but has had yeast infections before. so i was hoping it was that. anyways as its progressing, its been 11 weeks right now with no signs of slowing down. my head seems to have gotten redder on certain areas (underneath the glans (glands) skin, looks like the vesicles are flaring or something)....
      anyways about my condition, it does not itch, hurt, have any whiteheads. only on glans (glands), when i wash with soap and dry, looks like it keeps it from flaring any red like on pearly papules or foreskin. one time i did not dry after urination, and a couple hours later i checked, and it was already getting red and a couple of red spots that i indicated in the beginning appeared near the tip. i experimented with water, one hour later checked, already getting really  irritated and red. so i keep it dry from flaring, but definately does not make it go away. im scared to masterbate its been a couple of weeks, and i dont do any rough and rugged stuff that makes it irritated. i use ivory regular soap, and dry softly everytime. im trying to get rid of this once and for all. is there anything you can help me with, any help is appreciated.

It is good that your tests were all negative. This could indeed be due to irritation, or dermatitis.Are there other symptoms present? Penile yeast infection may present with redness, irritation and soreness of the head of the penis, itching, or discharge.   This could be due to low immunity, antibiotic intake, certain medical conditions such as diabetes, and sexual transmission from a female with a vaginal yeast infection. Try to keep the area clean and dry as well as avoid irritants. If it persists, have this evaluated further by your doctor for proper management.

ok, i just finished my ten day prescription of diflucan which is supposed to help if i had a yeast infection or fungal. its been a couple of days since my last pill. honestly it does look like its improved a little. i dont have the red patch anymore (as much as i can tell), and if i urinate or shower it looks like i dont have to dry so it wont flare up. its not as red and irritated looking as before, but there is still red. its not a dark red or anything. to describe it, i guess its pretty unnoticable flaccid, but after erect and flaccid again, the glans (glands) looks like scattered pits of pink and white color, nothing popping out, no lesions, no itch, no whiteheads, no bumps. doesnt sound like much, kind of neurotic i know. but since i had this thing, my pearly papules on certain areas have been redder as if irritated, yet i do not irritate. at the moment it looks like its still mildly there, as if it hasnt been killed if it was an infection, or it is something completetly different. i know its been a couple of days, but it should be gone i suppose. it doesnt hurt itch or anything. also when i shower and wet, it seems to look ALOT better after, than if i dont wash it for a while. does that mean anything?
   also i have this lip thing, ive had it a for about for months. its not monstrous or anything, just peculiur. on my lower lip, exactly on the middle, not on the edge nor the inner part of the lip, there is this little tiny clear bump. im sure i dont have herpes ive gotten tested. doesnt get bigger, smaller, hurt, itch, its just there. it looks if i were to describe it, would be like a tiny bubble with clear fluid. its deep in the lip so i cant pop it. yet it does protrude a little bit outside although not noticible much. i can definately feel it with my tongue so its hard not to forget it. any ideas? any help is very appreciated.
