rash or spider bite??

hello, I recently went on a camping trip and woke up with a rash or some kind of bite??
been looking online and i haven't found any other bites that look like it.. wondering if anyone might know what this is?

From the symptoms arthropod bite and tick bite needs to be ruled out. Symptoms include typical rash(erythema migrans), migrating pain in muscles, joint, and tendons, severe headaches, neck stiffness, and sensitivity to light.
