rash with pimpel like bumps

My child is 5 and has had this rash for several months now.  The bumps are not close together, clear, raised and do not itch.  However, they do seem to spread.  I thought it may be a form or eczema and have been apply Elocon cream .1%.  It is not helping.  This rash doesn't bother my child but it seems to be spreading.  They look like tiny pimples that can not be popped.  Any idea what this could be?

check with a dermatologist to see if it is moluscum (molluscum).  I probably spelled it incorrectly, but that is how it sounds.  Both of my little ones had it.
