rash?

I just recently, (One week) got a rash?, I'm not sure if you would call it a rash.  They started as small red bumbs that itched in the middle of my chest between my breast,(I'm a man) and hairy. They itched a kinda of developed a kinda of scab, now I see them on the sides of my torso. Am I dying or am I allergic to something? They are little red dots.

I doubt that you're dying or that you have anything serious.  This sounds like folliculitis, or inflammation of the follicles.  Cause is usually unknown.  This is not systemic or catchy.  I suggest you make a doctor's appointment, and while you wait, wash daily with an antiseptic soap like Dial and apply bacitracin ointment on each bump daily.  No scratching, p,lease.
