Hi,

This could be  Intertrigo which refers to rash in body folds due to relatively high skin temperature or friction from movement of adjacent skin. Treatment depends on the underlying cause, if identified, and on which microorganisms are present in the rash. Culture or biopsy of the rash may be done to determine the responsible organism present. Have this evaluated fir proper management. Direct clinical examination of the rash is important.

Take care and keep us posted.
