rashes on glans(glands) penis

hello, thanks for answering my question,

i have developed small white spots on ths glans (glands) penis, like rashes. its irritating and comes again after 3 or 3 days if i apply clotrimazole ointment. its itchy and im getting scared about it. thank you doctor.

These rashes on glans (glands) penis can be due to fungal infection of the area. This can be confirmed by KOH examination of the skin scrapings and a skin biopsy done. If it is a fungal infection, then you may need topical and oral antifungals. Also wear cotton clothes and try to keep the area as dry as possible because fungi thrive if wet climate.
