rashes on penis head and litte red dots

about a month ago i had oral sex with some girl i met two days later i started getting rashes and little red dots on my penis head it was itchy and a little sensitive it lasted more than a week then it went away but every time i have sex they comes back its not itchy anymore but the red dots and the rashes are there i was thinking that it might be the soap i am using but i be using it for a long time and never had a problem i am thinking of getting an std test but i wanna heard other opinions first so if anyone can reply to me i would appreciate it... thanks!!!

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be due to allergies, hives which come and go, friction rub or chafing during intercourse or some form of dermatitis. I am not aware of any STD which presents with such rashes that come and go.
Take some Benadryl when it appears the next time and apply some calamine lotion. If the symptoms persist then topical and orals steroids may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.
