MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms it looks like hives. Hives have a tendency to change size rapidly and to move around, disappearing in one place and reappearing in other places, often in a matter of hours.

Many cases of hives are "idiopathic," meaning no cause is known. Others may be triggered by viral infections or medications. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps. Also Use good quality moisturizers to prevent moisture loss from the skin.

Application of steroids is also helpful but it needs prescription from a dermatologist. If the symptoms are not subsiding by antihistaminics, then you need to consult a dermatologist and get steroids prescribed.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

this sounds like an allergic reaction, you need to take notice of what fabrics are touching the area, what soap your using, and what laundry detergent your using. Try switching to hypoallergenic things one by one to see if you can figure out exactly what your allergic to.

for the itching you can use calamine lotion, or even benadryl but benadryl may make you sleepy. check with your doctor about this
