razor bumps

For a while now everytime I shave either the same day or the following day I break out with a rash on my face and neck. I think they are razor bumps but not sure. have tried everything shaving with hot water, hot towel, shaving directions, after shave lotions, and I still get the bumps. Its just gets worse with every shave. Is there anything I could try that might me get rid of the old one and prevent them new ones?

You should use a clean and mild razor blade and also apply some calamine lotion immediately after you shave.

It would be best to get a skin specialist's opinion about this and whether you need any antibacterial medicated creams.
