rectal itching

I get this problem once in a while. The rectal itching occures mostly at night after I am in bed. Sometimes before I get to sleep and sometimes in the middle of the night.

Common. Use 1% hydrocortisone twice daily when it bothers you. Moisturize with vaseline or the equivalent as needed.
