rectal itching
I get this problem once in a while. The rectal itching occures mostly at night after I am in bed. Sometimes before I get to sleep and sometimes in the middle of the night.
Does yor nose ever itch? You may have intestinal parasites or pinworm. My daughter has had them ,it sounds similar.

Common. Use 1% hydrocortisone twice daily when it bothers you. Moisturize with vaseline or the equivalent as needed.
