recurring blisters on palms of hands

I have seen a dermatologist and allergist for blisters on the palm of my hands.  I work at a steel company in production and when I have to take time off it clears up but takes a long time and when I go back it comes back.  No one seems to be able to pinpoint the problem. Hope you can help.

There are various possibilities for your symptoms. They include contact dermatitis[a skin reaction resulting from exposure to allergens (allergic contact dermatitis) or irritants (irritant contact dermatitis)],nummular dermatitis(a form of eczema),heat rash,erythema nodosum(an inflammation of the fat cells under the skin),Q fever(a disease caused by infection with Coxiella burnetii, a bacterium) or treponema infection or spirochetal infection.

I feel that an evaluation by a dermatologist will help in making a diagnosis as without examination, diagnosis is tough.
