red, dry and itchy on the beside of the nose

I had a rosacea 10 years ago and took antibiotics as my dermatologist recommended. Transparent bumps on the face disappeared but I still had red, itchy and dry symptoms. But recently the red, itchy, dry and flaky from one beside of the nose became more severe. Then I just came back from the beach and it also got red, dry and itchy on the other side of the nose. I was wondering it is rosacea or  dermatitis. What do you recommend or is there a medication I can take for this symptoms.

Irt could be either, but rosacea sounds more likely.  If it's rosacea, then you'll need a topical and oral antibiotic, which would require that you see a doctor, who can make a definite diagnosis too.

Take care.
