Just about every morning since about October 2008 I wake up with a rash on the back of my hands, and sometimes on the inside of my feet as well.
It's always itchy. Usually it looks like small speckled dots below the surface of my skin. Some mornings the spots are swollen, but are not red.
The spots are only a few millimeters in diameter, and like I said, they speckle across the skin.
These spots usually go away after a few hours.
I haven't changed my detergent or anything. My apartment is pretty dry during the winter.
I have gone to see a doctor about this but because the spots tend to disappear with no sign of them being there, there wasn't much the doctor could say or do.
