at the top? If it does and hurts to touch it and feels a lot like a knot under it, similiar to a boil then it may be staff infection. There has been a lot of people with it. If it was yeast from sweat
it should be itchy and get raw. The pain comes from being raw and rubbing it with your bra. Staff can be treated with perioxide, and hot compresses. I have had quite a few. You can take a q-tip and rub the tip of the bump to open it so it will drain. Once it has drained out the pus, the hurt is basically gone. If you can't get it to drain then go to your dr and he may lance it. If it was just a yeast infection from sweat
pimple that are usually very small, monostat or Desenex would clear it up. Since you said it is the size of a pea and very painful, my guess would be staff. If pus comes out, it is staff. If that is what it does and you get it cleared up (the whole knot, gone), then have another one, go to the doctor and get him to swab it. Then he will know exactly what it is and can type it to know better what anti-biotic to use. Staff is a bacterial infection. Wish you the best.
