Differentials for a red face will be rosacea, acne, a photosensitivity reaction, miliaria or sweat rash. an allergic reaction to food ,medications etc and an underlying systemic disease like SLE. In you case, you have mentioned of big blister spots. This may point towards rosacea and acne as differentials.
I just have a few questions:
How old are you?
Are you male or female?
For how long have you been having this condition?
Do you have any known allergies?
