red blotches

i'm really worried as i have red blotches around top of my legs/around my vagina
and some on my vagina.
it's really worrying me.
they dont itch they just look painful.

Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be due to purritis vulvae, lichen simplex chronicus, contact dermatitis, eczema,Zoo’s vulvitis, lichen planus, fungal infection, lichen sclerosis or herpes simplex.
Zoon’s vulvitis is a very benign condition and can easily be cured with the application of local steroid cream. I’ll suggest you to consult a dermatologist at the earliest and seek an opinion for the same.
