red bumps

red bumps

21mo old keeps getting red bumps that look like bug bites at first then after about 3 days get a hard little blister he also has a red bottom and wheezing this has been going on all year so far.  In Jan he had bad wheezing was taken to doc for a fine rash on belly and fone on bottom culture showed strep.  Afew days later he had red patches all over his body, excema, started using derma-smooth, white dove and free and clear laundry det., then he had a few bumps pop up (not to concerning at the time)  He was back the next week for staph was put on septra, his wheezing was still bad(after prednisolne)  The next week back for recheck for his wheezing a few more bumps had appeared doc barely looked said flea bites.  Next week recheck different doc I can't remember what she thought the bumps were she said they would turn into something like a wart/mole.  The next week he went to the allergist this time his whole back was covered in these bumps, skin test showed no allergies.  At the doc again (another doc) thought maybe allergic to new diapers, started using natural diapers, he started clearing up.  After a week with no new spots more appeared and keep appearing the red bottom and wheezing is still there too.  He has not been outside for two days now and there are about 10 more bumps that showed up through the night and today.  I can not find any bugs in my house and nobody else is having any problems, today he was running around at the mall play spot, his face got really red and when we got home there was a little bump on his cheek, about 6 larger ones on his back and around his pants line.  He is rarely in a diaper anymore(doc thought just diaper rash last time).  I can not figure this out, PLEASE HELP.  I have pictures of most described.  Oh he also has scabs on scalp(yellow colored) and last week he woke up with a blister on his ear (clear fluid filled) waiting on culture to come back for that.  THANK YOU any ideas would really help.

Hello,
Itchy rashes of such kind in children are often due to viral infections and allergic reaction. Since the rash has been present for some days without any change, so it can be due to allergies or any other skin manifestation rather than viral reaction which peak up after some days and then goes away.

I suggest you to get your child evaluated immediately from a pediatrician.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. Treatment can be started only when the diagnosis is confirmed. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Thank you,  he's been numerous times to the peditrician they've thought impetigo (no), allergy to diapers after his skin test showed nothing (not that), the allergist doesn't think it's an allergic reaction.  The last time we were at the Ped I think they were just trying to give me an answer and said bug bites.  I know it's not bug bites there have been times he's covered in the bumps, they do look just like mosquito bites though (he got bit the other day and bites went away within a couple hours, so not them either).  He's been on antibiotics Septra twice and Amoxicillan once since.  He's almost cleared up now, except his bottom he itches so bad right over the crack of his bottom and his head is stil full of scabs and itchy, hopefully the bumps will stay away and the rest will go
