red bumps ocurr over lip area

hi my name is Lucus, i am not sure if this post should go here but i am in need of assistance. i have a girlfriend that i have been dating for the last year and recently she has been getting little red spots over her lip, and we both are getting really worried about it. they only occur when me and my girlfriend have a intense make out session. I don't want to start jumping to conclusions but she might break up with me if it keeps happening. For the record i didn't cheat on her and she hasn't cheated on me.

Hey Lucus,
Do you perhaps have facial hair? That could be irritating to her. Maybe after making out for so many hours it has irritated her lips? It is a very sensitive part and becomes sore easily. Also, is it possible that either one of has noticed throughout your lifetime that you occassionally get cold sores? At times of stress of when you have a cold? It is very common, so talk about it with her and se what happens. Hope this helps.
