red bumps on head of penis

i had molluscum contagiosum in my pubic area and that has cleared up . now i have 3 little red bumps on the head of my penis they dont seem to be same thing as molluscum . they dont itch or have fluids in them .they dont hurt . they just poped up in the last week . they are noticable and iam afraid my girl freind will freak out if she sees them nor do i want to spread anything . i havnt had sex with anyone else but my girl freind and i hvnt seen any bumps on her .

Since the bumps have appeared suddenly, so it can be due to irritated hair follicles or folliculitis. The other possibilities are of cyst, friction rub with clothes and genital warts( less likely). Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
