Hi,

With the information you have supplied it is yet unclear what this could be. However, I have a couple of questions for you:
When did you first notice this?

Are they present on your hands only?

Have you noticed any discharges?

Are they itchy? or are they tender?

Its best that you show these to your dermatologist. Meanwhile, it would be advisable not to try and pop such lesions as it may complicate your condition.

Let us know what your doctor says and the answer to these questions.

Regards.
