red bumps on penis

im a 19 year old male. about a month ago i got these very itchy red pimple like bumps on my shaft. i was very sweaty and outside all day the day before i noticed them. i also got wet and my boxers were wet for a couple of hours that night. i havent had sex in about 5 months before i got them and i had used a condom. i thought it might be herpes but they didnt hurt or open into sores and they went away in a few days. i also got two small blister like bumps on my pointer finger that lasted about two weeks a day or two after the bumps on my shaft showed up. im worried and lookin for some type of answer. thank you

Since you were sweating the day when these bumps appeared, the possibility of folliculitis is important to be ruled out. Folliculitis is the inflammation of one or more hair follicles. The condition may occur anywhere on the skin. If these bumps appear again then scabies needs to be ruled out.
