red bumps

I have recently noticed a single red spot on the head of my penis.  It doesn't hurt/itch.  It has been there for 3 days and doesn't seem to get bigger or be going away. I did push on it and some puss like substance came out and it keeps draining out.  what should i do?

As little as possible.  Don't squeeze the spot, since that will delay healing, and the condition is likely to go away anyway.  You probably have a blocked follicle.  Wash gently, apply an antibiotic like bacitracin or neosporin (both over-the-counter), and the spot should go away in 7-10 days at the most.  If it doesn't, then you should see a doctor.

Best.
