Rosacea is probable culprit. Get to a dermatologist.
Rosacea is inherited, and bacterial in nature. Can't be cured, but sure can control this common, unsightly condition.
I inherited it...after having no skin problems in teen years...developed what looked like acne when I turned 60. Wild really....but if you ignore, it can get worse.....so get to doctor....your best ally.
I'm in my 70s and after a stressful period it flared with a vengence. Doxycycline is first line of defense...and there are topical gels/creams.
I've just completed three IPL treatments, as they clean up damage Rosacea causes as well as giving it a kick in the butt!
This comes to mind, but you would need to see a doctor in order to confirm it...
Facial redness is one of the most common symptoms of rosacea. This is caused by hundreds of tiny dilated blood vessels near the surface of the facial skin. Heat, cold, laughing, spicy foods, etc can all trigger an "attack".
Anxiety can also cause your symptoms...as well as cholinergic urticaria.
Cholinergic urticaria, ( or heat rash )seems plausible as well.
Again, you would need to see a doctor about this to diagnose it properly.
