red dot on penis head and white fore skin

Hi, i just had unprotected sex with GF and after that i went to the toliet and i found some white stuff on my foreskin which i can remove with water and my foreskin is now pale in color with some red dot on my penis head. I have not circumcise my **** and is wonder could i have gotten some disease or germs? please help to ease my mind. Thanks.

These symptoms can be due to balanitis or fungal infection of the foreskin. Oral course of antibiotics is needed. In addition, please don’t use any cosmetics on the penis, instead use some topical antimicrobials like Bacitracin or Lotrimin.Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. Also retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin.
