Red itchy spots on feet can be due to a variety of causes. It can be due to allergic reaction to any food or medications. Eczema is another possibility.Tinea pedis is another possibility since fungi thrive well in moist areas and areas that sweat profusely. Poor fitting footwear, tight footwear are other possibilities. Red spots with silvery scales could be seen in psoriasis. Try to avoid scratching as it can lead to secondary bacterial infection. It is best to get it evaluated. Antihistamines may be prescribed for allergic rashes and antifungal may work in fungal infections. Treatment will depend on the underlying cause. Do keep me updated.
