Owen:

Many people ask me this.  For most of them, the answer is, "That's the way your skin looks."  Some people just have red cheeks, which flush from heat, excitement, coffee, wine, etc.  It's not a disease, and therefore there is no "treatment."  (Rosacea is not just redness, but pimples and pustules, and medical treatments don't do much for redness itself.  When women get redder than they wish, they apply makeup, especially green-tinted foundations to cancel out the red.  Since men won't wear makeup, the best advice I can give you is, as much as you reasonably can, to avoid those things which make your face redder, especially when you're seeing people.  Also, for some red-faced people, laser treatment poses some advantages, and may be worth looking into.  It isn't very drastic or expensive these days.

Best.
