Hi,

Microdox LBX contains doxycycline which is an antibiotic for bacterial infections. You should follow up with your dermatologist and continue taking the prescribed treatment. If the symptoms worsen then get a culture and a biopsy skin done.

Regards.

thank u doctor,

i have visited a dermatologist , and she said , it looks some kinda infection and gave me calamine lotion and tablets for 15 days(. will u give the name of tablet )dont know now.

doctor, its happened jus 10 day back, small red spots appear with itch and becomes like pores ,somewhat like a pimple and dries leaving a black marks.
again it appears some where else on chest and stomach. one or two in elbows.
i think i worked a lot in gym back 15 days , and another thing is my wife used some dress stiffener  newly, and i asked her to stop.

i am worried whether its a rash,. since i believe i had  jus safe sex with a call gal, never penetrated her( 100% sure). , jus ejaculated on her body. (2 weeks ago)

Hello,
It can be folliculitis, dermatitis (atopic, contact, allergic), heat rash or excessive sweating causing sweat dermatitis.

You may try calamine lotion on the rash. You should also maintain hygiene and try to keep the area clean and dry, wear loose-fitting cotton clothing. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid deodorant / cosmetics. You can also use a barrier cream with zinc oxide paste applied directly to wet skin after bathing.

If the rash persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
