red itchy palms and complaines of burning

my daughter is 3 yrs old and she cant sleep threw the night due to this rash on the palms of her hands, she is awaken from her sleep crying because of the itchy and burning..the only thing ive noticed is redness and no water blisters.. my doctor has prescribed cortazone cream and it is not helping! what can i do to relieve her from this constant pain.

Have you asked the doctor about alergies (allergies)? My granddaughter and daughter-n-law both have algeries and their palms itch bad.
