red light collegen for skin problems

I have  stucco kerios i was wanting some info on red light collegen to see if that helps with my skin problem?

Stucco keratosis is characterized by benign growths on the skin especially the extremities. The modes of treatment are topical 5% Imiquimod, scraping the lesion, cryotherapy and electrodessication.  Red light collagen therapy is used for healing of wounds like diabetic skin ulcers, serious burns, and severe oral sores and proposed to be helpful in erasing wrinkles but I am unaware of its use in stucco keratosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
