Hello,
In adults, molluscum infections are often sexually transmitted and can transmit from one site to other skin sites by autoinocultaion. They present as smooth, pearl-like, flesh colored bumps which can occur as single or in groups of three-four.They are harmless, painless, and typically do not itch.
Molluscum are not related to penis sensitivity. It can be due to overmasturbation or intercourse, stress and anxiety, poor communication with your partner, unrealistic sexual expectations, which make sex a task rather than a pleasure, negative feelings about non performance, smoking, alcohol and sometimes illicit drugs.
I hope that helps. Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or in case you have additional queries. Kind regards.
