red painless spots on penis head??

hey

I am 19 year old male who has protected sex all the time, only had 4 sex partners, last time i had sex was back in late june.  Ive been tested for all stds and came back negative.  the thing that concerns me is that like once a month i notice some red painless little spots on my penis head and then they go away lilke a day or 2.  This has happened 3 times already and im confused about what can this be?? any help

no they are not raised they are just red dats all

Hey pedro,

when you say spots are they rased or just dots of red on the skin? the reason i ask, is i too had a similar issue which was relieved by Canestin cream, i had a fungal infection and are quite common in men.
