red pimple bumps

I have red pimple looking bumps on the lower part of my stomach that stop at the being of my hair line. But I don't think its a STDs because my partner doesn't have any signs or symptoms. I noticed it once I used a certain type of soap that I started breaking out. It seems to be getting worse now.

From the symptoms it looks like contact dermatitis and allergic reaction to the soaps or folliculitis. If they are painful and tingling then herpes zoster is an important possibility. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then get it examined from a dermatologist.
