red/pink marks on stomach and chest

Okay, anybody know what I could have?

My symptoms
1+ year ago I got this rash on my stomach and chest.
The rash is the color of a pencil eraser
The rash does not pertrude from the skin whatsoever
The rash comes and goes every week or two, or few days
The frequency always varies. Meaning sometimes it is only 5-10 pink marks or sometimes 25-30
The skin does not itch
I do not get sick
My blood levels are perfect (platelets, white blood cells, etc.)

This past week or two:
I got a rash on the inside part of my elbow
It is red and now starting to get a little scaly

Anybody have something similar to this?
I think it is psiorias in a very mild form. The skin condition doesnt bother what so ever except when I want to take my shirt off in the summer, but I know I have a lot of these marks on my skin sometimes lol

Update : The mark on elbow is getting better with Cortison
