red rash on both cheeks

My daughter, 11 years old woke up yesterday with a round, bumpy rash about 1.5 inches wide on both of her cheeks. Today, she came home from school and the rash is now smooth and a little larger, going up to her ear (but not near her nose) It also looked a little blotchy. The school nurse told me it looked like Lupus, but I was thinking it was Fifth Disease. She is tired, with a headache and hasn't been feeling "well" for a few weeks.I got a doctors appt for Wednesday, 2 days away.... Any thoughts???

Well... it's Fifth Disease and my other daughter got it too. Not so bad, just rest is pretty much all we can do.
