red resh on 8 month olds eyes

my 8 month old daughter has a red rash below her eye and on her eyelid. It hasn't gotten worse but it doesn't go away either. The left eye is much worse than the right. Could this be some sort of eczema?

How is your daughter feeling?
From how long is the rash present? Is there any discharge from the rash? Is this rash present anywhere else, is it associated with fever?
I think it could be viral and will take 2-3 weeks to go?
If it is annoying and there is discharge then send it for culture.
If there is no discharge then apply Rashfree ointment.
