red scrotum, foreskin, and head of penis, and damaged shaft

my scrotum was the first thing to turn red, after having sexual intercourse with my girlfriend at the time it became bright red and it has been persistent for over a year now. The next thing that occured was after having sex with the same girl unprotected i got what seemed like a burn in the middle of my shaft. which i treated as a fungus with econozole nitrate cream. it seemed to get better. However it never fully went away and was irriated by further sex and has caused the skin on my penis to become almost scared looking. I have been checked by 3 different doctors all of which have cleared me of stds. so it is not sexually transmitted. My foreskin and penis head also became severly irritated after using a ky lube that my gf had wanted to use and now my foreskin, penis head, and scrotum is very red. Along with the damaged shaft. The skin on my penis seems to be supersensitive and even if extremly lubed with any friction it gets even more damaged and red. I have no idea what to do and no doctors have offered me much help. It is causing much frustration. please let me know if you have any advice.

I went to the doctor and she diagnosed me with blantitis, she thinks that it is fungal and has me on nystatin ointment. Is it normal for the skin on my penis to get alot more red and irritated looking before it gets better on this ointment?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This redness of skin can be due to contact dermatitis, friction rub or chafing or some dermatitis. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments.Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
