My daughter is 40yrs old and for some while has frequently had red sores break out on her faceFace pain. Needless to say it causes consideral distress. She feels it's caused by her periods and stress but I hope there is some thing that she can do to avoid or mitigate It ? Can you offer any kind of advice?

Do the sores persist or do they come and go?
Also, would you know what triggers this ? Does food or weather and heat trigger flare ups?
How would you describe the sores?
