red sores on right hand

for a while now iv been gettin red sores on my right hand.usually on my palm and on my middle and index finger. they start off small then grow in size. the size varies. then it disappears and comes back again. they dont hurt until i press on it or bend my fingers

Red sores on the palm and on the fingers may be herpetic whitlow or pompholyx. Pompholyx is dishydrotic eczema. This may present as red sores or bumps in between digits. The bumps are usually filled with water and they may be covered by a tough membrane. Herpetic whitlow may be a cluster of vesicles on top of a reddish base. This is contagious and may recur given the right triggers.

I suggest that you wash your hands frequently with a mild cleanser. Have this assessed by your doctor as this may need topical medications.
