red spot on my penis

Hi Doc
about 10 days ago i have had a red spot appear on the galns of my penis (near the bottom) it is under 1cm big. it is also slightly raised. i have no discharge coming from it or my penis in general.
over the last few days though i have had a sharp pain sensation coming from my genital area but not from the spot itself as theat is not sore to touch. i have no ther spots on my body and it si not a rash.
any help with this please

Not sure without seeing it, but irritation or eczema seems most likely. I can't think of a skin condition that looks like this that would produce sharp pains. If those continue, you'll need to see a doctor about them right away. If the rash persists another week even if you leave it alone and just moisturize, as I advise you to do, then you'll have to show the rash or spot to a doctor in person.
