hi i have noticed a small rash like appearance on my penis it ls like 3-4 small pinkish red spots on the head of penis it dont hurt,nor itch, no discharge here is a photo to see what it is thank u please email me my reply if possible at ***@****

Hi I'm 16 years old and have a small red rash like on the head of my penis I have had this since I was a young boy so can not be a STD I'm quite worried about what it is though and the appereance it is not raised or ichy it is just simply there do you have any idea what this could be ? I only noticed it a few years ago but I was a virgin and have had 1 sexual partner but never had unprotected sex it has never had a burning sensation or any discharge nothing at all.

It looks like dermatitis, contact dermatitis  or chafing skin. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
