red spots on penis

I have recently noticed several red spot on the head of my penis.
I started getting these symptoms at the same time I started taking Minocycline 100mg and after I had unprotected sex with a girl i really didn

I don't think so.  Little red spots don't sound like herpes or syphilis to me, or like anythning to do with Minocycline.  They do sound like the possible result of friction.  I would keep the area moist (vaseline, etc.), don't rub or examine the area too closely, and see if the spots don't go away in a week or 10 days.  If they're still there then, or if they go away and come back, you should show them to a doctor.
