red spots on the penis and foreskin

I am 25 years old, I had an oral sex with a female whom i don't know. Few days later i noticed that there are 1-2 red spots on the glands, which later started to increase in number and caused itching. I had consulted a dermatologist he said it was just an infection and gave me CANDID- B ointment for two weeks. on applying that the spots had reduced and after two weeks i went to the Dr. and this time he had changed the ointment to CANDIDERMA an applying this for one week the spots had gone and i was feeling better and I stopped applying the ointment. 4-5 days later i noticed the same spots and itching so this time applied the same for two weeks towards the end of second week I noticed a big bump on the glands with pus in it. so I again consulted the Dr. this time he said that the pus  was due to some bacterial infection which might be due to over use of the ointment or else there are many reasons for it. To cure this h gave me an ointment FUCIDIN and advised me to clean the pus with potassium permanganate mixed in Luke warm water and then apply the ointment for two weeks. This had helped me get rid with the pus. During the course when i was treating for pus there was no spots on the glands but as soon as the pus got cured the red spots come back and itching again. this time the Dr. has asked me to apply CANDID ointment, has asked me get tested for Herpes. Please help me in knowing what could this be.

hello Doctor,

for past 6-8 Months i'm noticing some white/red spots on my foreskin. I usually shave on my foreskin to get rid of unwanted hairs. is it because of this or some other problem . Now a days i'm also feeling itching on my foreskin sometimes and also i'm noticing that these numbers are incresing slowly. I used betnovate n on them and got some relief but still not getting rid of it. please suggest.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I agree with your doctor that it looks like a recurrent fungal infection and its overuse caused the bacterial pus filled bump on the penis skin which could have responded to an antibiotic cream like Fucidin. Recurrent fungal infection can occur when there is an incomplete treatment or a combination of topical or oral antifungals is required or there is an associated condition like diabetes.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
