red spots on

i am 24 years guy.I am noticed red spots on my penis with white liquid on the spot after anal sex with a guy early in the morning i saw it.
the spot some times disappear but appear again.i consult doctor so many times doctor simply give me
t-bact ointment.but i am have them from 3 years.But from past 8 months i noticed that they are not disappearing
they are growing size and decresing .this happen vice verse.tell waht r they.

Without examination,confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis,rash due to friction rub,folliculitis,cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.If the lumps persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
