red spots

Hey i have just noticed that after masterbating (masturbating) i have areas of little read dots on my actual penis, like under the forskin, now i do masterbate very often, as well as somtimes rough however latley i have been trying my best to take it easy with no help. The dots are in two basic clusters one at the tip near where pee, and seamen comes out and the other almost on the bak of the penis by that like like string thing that attaches the foresking to like the head or whatever (sorry i do no know th terms trying my bes to describe here). The dots seem to be ok after i have finished masterbating (masturbating) but when i am in the middle, or just afder i am done man are they visible. I have not had any sexual ativity with a partner other than a hand job so i am guessing that this is not a std/sti. also I have noticed somewhat odf dry skin so i am wondcering if simpley some mositization is needed and that perhaos these dots are just a form of rashdue to dry skin irratation. perhaps all i need is a little bit of vasline i dont kow but if any thing happens to happen somewhere down the road heck man even within the next couple weeks i don't wnat to be dropin my draws withs dots on me ******!

P.S. I have also notice at the sahft of my penis almost where the penis starts to prtrude from my body if you will there is what seems to be somewhat of pimples, these are very samll and almost seem to look like those little things pubic hairs come out of howevere I have looked time and time again and have notice no pubic hairs, and thingking they were pimples treied to pop them with no sucess i wondering if again there is any wuick fix.

I hope my problems are not too much of a big deal and the best cure opiion would be nice, but at the same tiem what im really looking for is a wuick in expensive do it yourself fix
