red spotted rash on feet

4 days ago my ankles started to itch on both feet the following day I noticed red circles with a white circle around them, maybe the size of a pencil eraser some bigger some smaller, it is all around and down the sides of my feet and on the under foot, it has spots that trail sparsely up my inner thighs. My ankles still itch awful, there are no blisters or outer bumps. What could this be? and should I go get it checked out? It does not seem to be spreading, nor is it contagious as no one else in the family has it. And nothing has changed with the items I've used or places I have been. Thank you
