Hello,
It is good that the red bumps have gone away. The redness can be due to chafed skin. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments and take the antiinflammatories as I have mentioned above.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis t the condoms, rash due to friction rub or folliculitis.

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.I f the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
